How to add interactive elements?

Dear community,

I am using grav for an educational website, which should also include interactive, quiz-like elements (single/multiple choice questions).

Initially, h5p seems to be exactly for that, but it has three major problems.

  1. The content has to be hosted somewhere else, as grav is not supported.

  2. The content cannot be edited within grav.

  3. The H5p elements have to follow the design and layout of the website.

Now my questions is, if there is a way to add quizes without H5P. I only need some basic interactivity, so points etc. do not have to be display.

It would be great if someone could give me a starting point so solve my problem.
