Date time picker 12 hour change

Hi Everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me. I would like to change the date and time picker in the admin section from 24 hour time to a 12 hour time with am and pm selection. I tried looking for it with no success. could someone help me? I have posted the image below describing the change.
