Unable to run bin/gpm (command not found)

I’m trying to run bin/gpm selfupgrade (or really any bin/gpm command) and getting the error “bin/gpm: command not found”. Is there some prerequisite that I am missing here? I am trying with both an old install and a new install of v0.9.43.

Hmm I was able to get this running when I did an install directly from a cloned git repository rather than a copied folder from a Windows machine.
