Are there any features built into grav currently that handle responsive classes? Like hidden-phone or hidden-tablet that can be plugged into modules on the onepage site format? Or is there a different way we should use to eliminate certain sections for small screen devices?
What theme are you using? If it is Antimatter then that theme uses Pure which does provide some of what you are describing http://purecss.io/grids/
