I have 230 pages that contain only one sentence, I would like to create them in a hierarchy of pages and subpages, is there any way?
Ex: to make one page with a separator that tells where the next page starts?
Thanks so much for any tip.

@Deight, I’m afraid I do not quite understand what you are trying to achieve and I’m not fan of guessing…
I would like to create them in a hierarchy of pages and subpages
Do you mean a tree of subfolders on the OS where each subfolder contains a *.md file?
Ex: to make one page with a separator that tells where the next page starts?
Are you talking about markdown? What does it look like?
I probably spoke badly.
I understand the hierarchy, I understand the markdown as well.
I would like to mass create a site using a script.
Ex: I need a 200x page with the tag
But I don’t want to do it manually.
I was wondering if there is any way to tell the .md file
- top of page 1
page content code
- end of page 1
- top of page 2
…
@Deight, I think I may understand the file hierarchy, but the .md is still unclear…
Anyway, since this seems to be a shell script based solution and has not much to do with Grav, you might be better off asking about shell scripts on StackOverflow which has a much larger community.
reasonable, thanks a lot for your time, as always!
Did you ever get an answer, and if so, what was it, please?
Hi, I’ve tried a lot of things, I’ve partially succeeded, but never 100% of what I needed. I used windows batch to solve it, here is the thread but I didn’t finish it…
