When I installed grab here, I have typed a password but since then, I have lost it 
Is there a way to reset it or recover it ?

Forgot to tell my installation does not provide email sending.
Well forget. I do not want to abuse your time here. Just recreated my site + my pages. (I wrote down my password this time ^^).
Next time, if you have a single user just delete your user file (probably called admin.yaml) in your user/accounts folder, and Grav will prompt to create one (just remember to do it locally as it prompts on the first page load, so also in the frontend)
