Install in folder, browse from webroot

I’d like to keep my webroot clean, so want to install Grav in a subfolder /grav. The site is running fine from https://mydomain.com/grav, but now I want to leave all files as is, but run the site from https://mydomain.com/.

Is this feasible?

Should I copy some files? Edit .htaccess?

Any help is appreciated.

Never tried it myself, but maybe this could be of some help:
Scenario 1, run in the domain root folder

Grav is installed in http://localhost:8080/grav-develop but you want it to respond on http://localhost:8080

This looks exactly what I was looking for. Had not found the page myself. I will try and report back.

That worked!
