How do I get my Site Title into the header particle?

I can find the header in the layout of the Hydrogen theme, and I have my logo in place, but I can’t find any way to populate the header with my site title. I’ve looked at every page of the Gantry theme options and plugin about 10 times and I just don’t see it. Help!

So I have figured this out, but it doesn’t seem ideal. I removed the header particle and substituted a custom html particle and manually typed in the site title.

Put a custom HTML particle into your desired section and use
{{ site.title }}
and enable Twig processing inside the particle.
