Www.mydomain.com/index.php returning “error 404”

I have a problem with a new Grav web site routing.
Old site is indexed in Google with http://mydomain.com**/index.php**
but if I navigate to this address I have “error 404”

I tried to modify .htaccess but with no success.
Any ideas?
