Inquiry About Grav CMS Features

I am looking for a feature-rich solution for my website, which I downloaded using HTTrack. Since my website content is currently static and saved as index.html files, I am searching for a CMS solution that can help me manage and edit the website content easily.

From what I understand, Grav CMS can edit content and potentially manage the full website. Before using Grav, I would like to confirm whether it meets my requirements. I understand that some features may require plugins or paid options, and I am open to both free and paid solutions.

Here are the key features I need:

  1. Content Management:
  • Add new content
  • Add new pages, posts, videos
  • Add new templates, widgets, and styles of pages
  • Edit all existing content
  1. Image Management:
  • Edit image size
  • Edit image galleries: I currently have an image gallery where clicking on an image opens it in full screen with navigation (right/left) to view other images. I need a feature to edit and create such galleries.
  1. Hebrew Language Support:
  • My website is in Hebrew, so full support for Hebrew is crucial (including right-to-left alignment).
  1. SEO Optimization:
  • Improve the SEO of my website (including metadata, URLs, and general SEO tools).

Can any one confirm if Grav can provide these features, either directly, through plugins, or with paid options?

Not sure what you mean by

  • Edit image size

But overall I believe the answer is Yes to all bullet points

I mean, when you upload an image or i have one , can you manage its size, for example, 610 x 400 pixels or any other size? Can I do this using the mouse, where I can click and drag the corners of the image to resize it? i am sure that i can do this this through code

It’s a very rare case you would need to resize images manually. They get resized based on your templates
