Try to set this property in your user/config/site.yaml after title: line.
default_lang: es
Add this in your user/config/system.yaml:
languages:
supported:
- es
default_lang: es
include_default_lang: false
pages_fallback_only: false
translations: true
translations_fallback: true
session_store_active: false
http_accept_language: false
override_locale: false
