I have uploaded a png image in the Layout >> Navigation window, and saved the changes. The Helium logo still remains in the Menu Bar. I can not find a solution searching the forums.
admin environment → menu “Gantry 5” → gear icon → Image → upload your logo

It is difficult to help if the question is not wrapped in the appropriate context. Not everyone around here uses Gantry and doesn’t know what Helium is

That’s alright. I deleted Grav from my server and installed WordPress CMS instead. The users on their forums are more helpful, and instead of wasting time criticizing someone posting for support (without even offering any help on the topic), I actually have a webpage up and running. BTW, idna…… If you read my post, you will see that I already performed that exact process. That was why I requested support in case there was perhaps an update with Grav that caused Gantry to no longer work properly.

So you suspected, that some update might have caused an issue, but you didn’t even bother to provide the versions you use.. 
Also, both your original post and reply are based on pure assumptions, that everyone should already know what you’re dealing with…

Try clearing your browser cache or refresh the page, sometimes the old logo persists until the cache updates.
