Admin: Hide the "Add" button / limit access

I would like to hide the button “+ Add” of the top right of the admin panel that allows the creation of new pages, modular and folders.

Is it possible to hide it or limit its access to super admins ?

With something like ?

          security:
            admin:
              super: true

The documentation explains how to add buttons to the admin panel, thus it seems plausible that the same yaml file could also modify the said button, but I did not find any information on the subject.
