I guess the issue is caused by encoded output. Output that is trusted should be escaped using filter |raw.
Although unrelated to your issue, I noticed you are using plugin “Admin Power Tools”. That plugin has not been maintained for at least 3 years, while Admin is moving on…
This is what the Grav team has to say about that plugin in issue #3698:
BTW, it’s quite likely that all these errors stem from the “admin-power-tools” plugin which is a 3rd party plugin that has not been updated since 2019 and we dont’ recommend using as it messes with the core admin plugin.
Somewhere along this plugin was advised…Anyway, I disabled it and now I can’t access Admin anymore 
I’ve noticed Grav is very easlily falling apart. Losing pages happened also several times. Probably because I downloaded a skeleton, that obsolete plugins were installed?

That’s not my experience in the last 5 years…
Anyway, back to your initial question: Has it been solved and If so, how?
I started all over again 
with grav-skeleton-big-picture+admin-v3.0.1 It looks good but when I choose another theme I get this at homepage
