Have a weird problem with trying to set up a Quark inherited theme. I have followed instructions and it is basically empty, but the dropdown menu now falls behind the page content. If I try to go to the 2nd or 3rd item the menu disappears. Anyone know what is going on?

Just went through the whole process again and made a new inheritance theme and this one is now working properly. No idea what I did wrong.
