Inherited theme in sub-directories sites

Is possible to create a child theme which extends from a theme at root level. For example:

-themes:
–MyTheme
-sites:
–site1:
—themes
----MyTheme-Child
–site2:
—themes
----MyTheme-Child
–site3:
—themes
----MyTheme-Child

I want create a only one theme and multiple childs in different sub-directories.
